Grandma June's Chocolate Chip Cake

1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 sm. pkg. Van. Instant Pudding
1 sm. pkg. Choc. Instant Pudding
3/4 c. Water
1/2 c. Cooking Oil
4 Eggs

Beat first 5 ingredients together for two minutes
Add eggs all at one time; mix another minute.
Stir in one small 12 oz. package chocolate chips.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 55-60 min. @ 350*

*Grandma June's recipe originally called for 1 C. water. If you follow that recipie and have problems with the cake not cooking after an hour or all the chocolate chips falling to the top, and/or your cake falling apart after baking add an extra 1/4 cup of flour in with the cake mix.

*Grandma June would give these to new neighbors or everyone who had a baby. She even made mini bundt cakes to give as gifts. She liked a clean look for her cake coming out of the bundt pan. She would often use Baker's Joy cooking spray instead of grease and flouring her pan.

  1. People move in and out of her ward and have babies just to get one. ;-)
