Karla's Chicken Salad

5 cups cooked, diced, chicken or turkey
1 1/2 to 2 c red rapes liced in half
2 c diced celery
1 can of water chestnuts chopped
Dash of soy
1 c slivered almonds
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 chopped green onions
1 1/2 c mayonaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
